Check-In Location for Highmark Steamboat
From June through November 19, 2010 check-in for visitors staying at Highmark Steamboat is at the property location between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm. After hours check-in will be at Mountain Resorts' main check-in office, following the after hours directions here.
Begining November 20, 2010 all guests will check in at Highmark. Front desk hours are 8:00am to 8:00pm. For after-hours arrivals, please contact the front desk to make pre-arrival arrangements for on-site check-in. Highmark Steamboat front desk hours are as follows:
- Winter Season: 8am to 8pm, 7 days a week
- Summer Season: 9am to 6pm, 7 days a week
- Labor Day until Nov 19: 9am to 6pm, Mon - Fri
Directions to Highmark Steamboat
Westbound Hwy 40 - Turn Right on Walton Creek Road. Proceed approximately 1/4 mile and turn left on Village Drive. Highmark Steamboat is located on the left side of the road at the corner of Village Drive and Après Ski Way.
Eastbound Hwy 40 - Drive through downtown Steamboat and past Mt. Werner Road. At the next Stop Light, turn left on Walton Creek Road. Proceed approximately 1/4 mile and turn left on Village Drive. Highmark Steamboat is located on the left side of the road at the corner of Village Drive and Après Ski Way.
After Hours Check-In Instructions Until November 19, 2010
Guests checking in after hours will do so at the Mountain Resorts main office, conveniently located just off of Highway 40, between the highway and the ski area at 2150 Resort Drive.
- Exit US Hwy. 40 onto Mt. Werner Road
- Proceed east toward the mountain for 1/4 mile
- Turn left on Resort Drive
- Take your first left into the parking lot
Front desk staff hours vary by season. In the event the office is closed, use the courtesy phone and follow instructions posted next to the phone located in the entryway.
